Westique ships to all 50 US states, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes. U.S. territories include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Track your package with the order number and email address used for your order.
Westique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim. If you need further support, contact our customer service team so we can assist you.

Your satisfaction is our goal at Westique. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we accept returns for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. Just Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal!
• All return, credit and/or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of order receipt.
• Returns for online purchases are only accepted online and not at a Westique retailer.
• All returns of hats, jewelry and/or boots are subject to exchange or store credit only.
• All purchases of sale items are final and returns are not accepted.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.
Holiday Season Return & Exchange PolicyAll December purchasers requesting a return must do so no later than January 4. This holiday season policy excludes sale items. For questions, contact customer service at support@westique.com
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Westique e-gift cards are only available for purchase and redemption at Westique.com for US purchases only. Westique.com can only ship purchases of e-gift cards to the U.S or U.S territories. Westique's e-gift cards are only sold in U.S currency.

Westique e-gift cards are not valid for International Customers. E-gift cards may not be applied to previously purchased merchandise. You may use up to 10 e-gift cards per transaction.
Westique will not be responsible for replacing your e-gift card for the remaining value.
During checkout, enter the e-gift card number and pin on the back of the gift card or in the email for your e-gift card that you received from us. If your e-gift card balance doesn't cover the total cost of your order, we'll charge the remaining amount to your primary form of payment listed in your account, or to another acceptable form of payment at your request. If the total cost of the order is less than the balance on your e-gift card(s), any unused balance will remain on your e-gift card.
Keep your e-gift card until you receive your order and are sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You can return items purchased with e-gift card n accordance with Westique’s Return & Exchanges Policy. The refund amount will include only the amount paid after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and will not include any shipping charge paid unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). If you no longer have the e-gift card, please contact our customer service.
If you cancel an order that was purchased with a e-gift card, the total amount paid for the canceled order will be credited to the original e-gift card. If you no longer have the e-gift card, please contact our customer service.
No, you will only be charged the value of the e-gift card when it is purchased. Westique does not charge shipping or any other fees when you purchase a e-gift cards or at any time.
No, you will not be able to add or change the value on an e-gift card once it has been purchased /issued.
You must safeguard your e-gift card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your e-gift card and redeems it for the full balance on the card, your card will have no value and Westique is not responsible for replacing any lost value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the e-gift card is tied to that card number. When that number is used to make a purchase, the value of the purchase is deducted from the e-gift card.
Yes, you may use up to 10 e-gift card credits per transaction. Enter the first card number and pin and click on the "apply" button. Then, a new entry box will display underneath for entering the next card number and pin.
